

Physical activity is very important for everybody, good activity can keep us health. As a teenager, everyday I do lots of physical activity, such as biking to school, play ball games with my classmates and have a walk after supper. But the activity which spent most of my time is biking.
My home is far away from school and my parents both get up very late, so I must go to school by my own. The distance from school to my home is about ten kilometers, I should spent one hour to go to school and back to home at all. On the other hand, I have enough things to write on my planning portfolio physical activity log. Everyday I come to school at about fifteen to seven, and arrived school at a quarter past seven. During this distance, I learnt a lot. The traffic in Nanjing is so bad, especially in morning and afternoon. The main reason is the population is too big. Everybody go to work at the same time. I need to bike very carefully, or I would crash somebody or something. I have this kind of experience before, and it wastes me lots of time. I am not only ride bicycle on my way to school, but also join biking club and have an activity every week.
I often play table tennis ball with bill in the underground bike park. He plays better than me, but we still play together because it is our hobby. We usually invite other classmates come to play with us. It should be much fun than only two people. Of course, we also play basketball and football. Although we can not plat it well, we still interested in it and often play with others. Badminton is one of the hobbies that I most like. I joined badminton club at the beginning of the term and join the activity at first three weeks. Because of the hard work, I had not continued my badminton club’s activity. Before I quit the club, I play with them for three times in Nanjing Normal University—the place where we have physical education last term.
Human’s life need physical activity to keep. Our body is doing physical activity every second , we need to lat the energy out of our body because we eat food everyday and got much more energy than our body need. If we do not let them out, we can not keep our body health and we would get fatter and fatter, nobody like fat. I think I do enough physical activity everyday for myself, but this holiday, I did not do it as much as before. So I felt tired everyday and do not want to eat much food. It could make my body bad, so I need to practice a lot when the new term beginning. Ride bicycle, I will continue to do this kind of physical activity and keep myself more healthy.
